where you can have a great vacation in the Lake Tahoe area.
Situated on a level double lot adjacent to the sailing lagoon (We do not have a boat dock) But we do have magnificent views and reflections from every room and both decks.
This near new home is decorated with a delightful nautical theme throughout. "You'll feel like you are on a cruise not at a vacation rental." UNTIL YOU STEP OUTSIDE!!!

There's also lots of space inside (3300 square feet) for the extended family or friends. The home sleeps ten. Sorry NO pets Allowed, and NO Smoking. Downstairs has a delightful large gourmet kitchen/dining room, family room, and separate living room plus powder room.
Upstairs has three bedrooms (two queens and two bunks), and two baths. PLUS a self-contained, mother-in-law unit included. Featuring one queen bed, sitting room with sofa bed, kitchenette, and bath. The two sunny upper decks are located at the rear of the house and each has a hot tub, panorama views, and privacy.
